If you do need to speak to us, please send only one email with your query. Sending multiple emails will cause your query to go to the back of the queue and may result in a longer response time.

What we need to help you

When contacting us, please provide as much information as possible, such as your order number (#123456), email address, and any relevant pictures. This will help us answer your questions more quickly.

Please note that dispatch time from our warehouse is unaffected. If you experience any unusual delay in delivery, it may be due to incomplete shipping details or stock discrepancies. In this case, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to find a solution.
